A founding member and former National Chairman of the National Republican Asian Assembly, the Hon. Dr. Kyo “Paul” Jhin is the CEO of the eBook/eLibrary Initiative, where under his leadership schools in developing nations in Africa and South America have received Laptops, Tablet and Smart Phones. Dr. Jhin’s successful activities earned him appointments in three different Presidential Administrations: President Gerald Ford 1976 – 1981, where he was appointed as a Member of the National Advisory Council on Adult Education; the President George W. Bush where he was appointed as the Director of Peace Corps’ Special Initiatives, 2002-2009; and, President George H. Bush 1990-1993, where he was appointed to serve as Executive Assistant to the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. In addition, from 1983-90 Dr Jhin served as Assistant Superintendent for Educational Technology in the District of Columbia Public School system and the Director of Special Projects at the U.S. Department of Education. Dr. Jhin has earned five college degrees: an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Freed-Hardeman University, a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Lipscomb University, a Master’s degree in Government and International Relations from New York University, a second Master’s degree in Mathematics from Boston College, and a Doctorate degree in Mathematics Education from Auburn University.
